The staff was nice and courteous, kept everything clean and excellent! Central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV in clean rooms were awesome. It was with a good bathroom, breakfast was nice. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.
Some people working there were horribly rude.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was right near Avenida Revolicion where all the night life happens. We were able to walk to all the clubs, restaurants, and bars within minutes. It made our trip so convenient and fun. Additionally, the security guards were great and made us feel safe during our stay.
The check-in and check-out process was quite slow.
